Tebas Midnight Strata Quartz

Tebas Midnight Strata is the kind of surface that quietly transforms a space without trying too hard. At first glance, it reads as a deep charcoal quartz worktop, but when you look a little closer, there’s a soft linear movement running through it — almost like a gentle shadow or grain that gives it just enough character without becoming busy.

It works especially well in modern kitchens where clean lines and darker tones are part of the overall look. Think handleless cabinetry, warm wood finishes, or even full monochrome spaces – this surface sits comfortably in all of them. It doesn’t dominate the design, but it definitely anchors it, giving the room a more grounded, architectural feel.

One of the nice things about Tebas Midnight Strata is how it reacts to light. During the day, natural light brings out those subtle variations in tone, while in the evening, under softer lighting, it settles into a more uniform, almost velvety finish. That flexibility makes it a strong choice if your kitchen changes mood throughout the day, especially in open-plan homes.

As a quartz kitchen worktop, it’s built for everyday use — durable, easy to maintain, and far more forgiving than natural stone when it comes to spills and general wear. It’s also a practical option if you want something darker without constantly worrying about visible marks.

If you’re considering a grey kitchen worktop but want something deeper and a bit more refined than a standard flat grey, this is a really solid option. It gives you that darker aesthetic while still feeling balanced and usable in a real home.
